On Jan. 2nd, Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd (HNCA) and China Aviation International Construction and Investment Co., Ltd.(AVIC AIC) signed a cooperation agreement in Zhengzhou, Henan. The two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in terms of promoting the high-quality development of Henan general aviation. BAI Haiping, chairman and party secretary of AVIC AIC, and ZHANG Mingchao, chairman and party secretary of HNCA attended the signing ceremony.
HNCA is an investment and financing platform for the civil aviation industry, and is approved by the Henan provincial committee and government. The company concentrates on the development of civil aviation industry, speeding up the construction of the Zhengzhou Comprehensive Experimental Zone, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the Central China Economic Zone. HNCA focuses on the development of civil aviation-related fields such as air transportation, aviation logistics, general aviation, financial investment, aviation manufacturing, aviation real estate, and cultural tourism, etc.
AVIC AIC adheres to the development mode of “to integrate investment, construction, and operation”, and “coordinated development of airports, industry and cities”. The company has rich experience and research results in fields including airports, general aviation airports and supporting industry, civil aviation supporting industry, top-level planning of airport cities, planning and design, investment and construction. The two parties look forward to strengthen cooperation in the fields of airport construction, Lin-kong industry infrastructure construction, general aviation towns, aviation industrial parks and marketing management.
After the signing of the cooperation agreement, the two companies will establish a long-term strategic partnership, focus on general airport and general aviation industry projects, and carry out in-depth practical cooperation.

According to the agreement, the two sides jointly set up Henan General Aviation Collaborative Development Center. The Center will serve as a platform to achieve seamless docking of resources between the two sides, and provide full-process services such as consulting design, construction, operation and management for Henan General Airport. This will provide support for the construction of the general aviation park and introduction and cultivation of industrial projects.
Under the framework of the strategic cooperation agreement, AVIC AIC and HNCA signed a cooperation agreement on the integrated service of consulting, construction and operation of general airport projects.
The cooperation adheres to the principle of complementary advantages and mutual benefit. The comprehensive and full-process service model two parties established has an important role in promoting the acceleration of high-quality development of Henan’s general aviation.
